Booking and payment
The holiday home is reserved as soon as the rent has been paid.
Rental deposit
A deposit of € 500 must be paid into the account of the owner one week before the start of the stay. Modalities can be found in the booking confirmation email. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out, less any additional costs and possible damages.
Extras
Bed-bath and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price, these can be rented separately per person.
Gas, water and electricity consumption are not included in the rental price and will be settled after the stay.
Cancellation
If the tenant cancels his/her stay up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount will be charged. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount will be retained. Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before the arrival date.
Conditions of use
We aim at families, families, friends and companies who like to spend time together in peace and quiet and in pleasant surroundings. Consequently, parties and bachelor parties are not allowed. May we ask you to strictly respect these rental conditions please. We wish you a pleasant stay.
House rules
- Please report any damage found on arrival at the holiday home the same day.
- The entire property is a smoke-free zone. Please respect the smoking ban. If this is not respected and in case of traces of cigarette butts, smells and ashes, we will charge 250 euros in damages.
- You are liable for any damage caused during your stay. We therefore ask you to treat the house with due care during your stay.
- Please always bring the outside cushions inside when it rains and the parasols when it is windy.
- Frying is not allowed inside the house.
- You may only stay overnight with the number of people indicated in advance.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Before you leave, all rubbish bags must be put outside. Please bring glass, paper and cardboard yourself.
- Please leave the terrace tidy.
- If a tenant causes serious damage to the holiday home, the landlord has the right to terminate the agreement and evict the tenant from the holiday home.
- Cleaning is foreseen (3 hours); if the cleaning has to take longer than the 3 hours, it will be deducted from the deposit.
- On the first day of the rental period, the tenant can check in from 5pm. If the tenant exceptionally wishes to move in earlier, this can be requested by telephone. The tenant should leave the property on the check-out date before 10 a.m.
